Before even getting to John Street I came onto Melson Street, On Melson street there was the Luton Shopping Mall Car Park which was on the right and then I saw on the left the car rental called AVIS,leading onto St Marys Road. Funny enough I noticed how their selling point was meant to be strong if they were giving out cars for rental, then it would of meant the cars would be well presented. What made me take this photograph is the fact that it didn't look presentable at all, and the way it was just based on the outside with no shelter when the clouds were looking dark and gloomy as if it was about to rain, this could of meant that if was to of rained the cars would of been extremely wet! The cars were also parked in any sort of way and the gates that put a boundary between the car place AVIS and the streets looked old and rusted with the red paint peeled off so you can see the last colour of the gates colour which was blue. I also decided to take this photograph because it fitted in very well where you could see the Melson Street sign.
This is a completely newly built site as before this car rental place there was a pub called the Melson arms which was founded by John Barrit Melson.
